Trying on the dresses and talking to me about everything just made me feel so comfortable and special, also talking to my family as well making sure they were apart of it all too. She really understood the assignment! Such a lovely lady. We were all happy with Ella’s help and I walked away with a beautiful dress. 😍 So thank you Ella. Xx”

“We had to wait around 2 hours to be seen but it was definitely worth it as I found my dress! The lady that helped me was really friendly and helpful, and very patient letting me try on lots of options and accessories!”

“Had a lovely time at WED2 B yesterday had lots of choses for my bridal party to look at and try on. The only thing I would have changed is to have been offered a water as we got dehydrated as we where there a long time. I hope my dresses are like the ones in the shop as my bridal party look fabulous”

“Pre going to the store, I spoke to the head office via email about some concerns that every woman has about themselves and they were really reassuring. Said they would pass it on to the store I was going to but unfortunately they didn’t. This didn’t affect my experience at the store though. We were welcomed and signed in and only had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to see till us. We had Sally-Anne who was very lovely, listened to my brief and found me the perfect dress! However I didn’t at any stage get to see any of the dresses, it was all based on what I said to Sally that I would like. At the end of the appointment, unfortunately, I did feel very pressured to purchase… plus the bag, hangers, storage box etc which I didn’t really expect. It did dampen the experience for me at the time but having slept on it, I am very happy with my dress!”

“Absolutely stunning dresses, staff are very patient and helpful. The only negative I have is that you have to pay for the bag, box and hanger to be able to take your dress. I personally feel this should be included”

“Great customer care from Lily and Jaffin. Jaffin is kind, knowledgeable, clear and concise. Even though she’d only been working there a short time, she listened to me and when she needed a hand called for assistance. Lily was always there to support and I had a great experience at this store in Surbiton. Sadly some of the dresses I liked only went up to a size 14. Nonetheless I tried on some other great options that gave me a better idea of what I like. I would definitely recommend coming here as there is no fee but great customer care. The only down side is that you might have to wait an hour to be seen as it’s a first come, first serve policy.”

“We had a pleasant experience this morning at Wed2b where Abbie helped and supported me in choosing my dress. I thought I had chosen the right one but she made a perfect suggestion and picked out the second dress I tried on which ended up being the one I fell in love with! Thankyou so much for your guidance and support today. The one thing I wasn't so keen on was all the accessories being added as I am quite a minimalistic person but we just removed these from our bill at the end with ease.”

“Sophine was absolutely wonderful. I had very few ideas about what I was looking for. She asked questions all about our wedding and took time to really get to know me. She then had an excellent ability to find dresses that matched our wedding style and suited my figure, listening and responding to what I liked/wanted to try and was knowledgeable in terms of what alterations could be made to make the dresses personal to me. The whole experience was friendly and relaxed and was made so much fun. Sophine didn't rush or pressure us to make a decision. Thank you for such a special experience.”

“Lovely experience at the Shirley store buying my wedding dress. Farrah was lovely and made me feel comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The only reason it’s 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the hidden charges wed2b have eg: box, hangers, dress bags. But I can’t fault the experience and all the staff were wonderful.”
