Ze hebben mij erg goed geholpen om toch mijn droomjurk te vinden, ik ben er echt super blij mee! Ook erg fijn dat je gelijk de jurk mee naar huis kan nemen.”

“Dawn and Selena were amazing when I came in on Saturday. They helped me find my dream dress after I wasn’t sure on my choice previously - they both made me feel so comfortable and listened to. There was no pressure, they were totally transparent and they helped give me advice and package up my gorgeous dress ready for my big day. They exchanged my dress for me without hassle and without them I doubt I would have had that wedding dress experience everyone dreams of. Thank you both you truly were wonderful. And thank you to the customer care team who gave me permission to return to Bromley, another shop, after listening to my worries on the phone. They reassured me I should ‘know if it’s the dress’ and let me exchange at the Bromley shop. I’m so grateful. Happier than ever with my gorgeous dress.”

“Amazing service, went to the Southampton store and this was my first time looking for a wedding dress. Maddy and Lilly were very welcoming and very helpful explaining the process to us. Lilly was so patient, lovely and helpful with me considering how many dresses I wanted to try on to get an idea of what I was looking for. They weren't pushy with me making a decision that day, which I really appricate. I was struggling between two dresses and Lilly didn't rush me and really helped me decide which dress I loved the most. I bought my dress that day and I love it. Highly recommend looking for a wedding dress here. Thank you Ladies.”
