“Because of the 'off the peg' concept, there was not a single dress on my list in stock. Also because of the walk-in concept, it took about 2.5 hours before it was my turn. This made me lose my excitement for this special moment, but because of the incredibly great help from Bridal Consultant Tamara, all that was forgotten. I never expected to walk out with my dream dress and I succeeded! Thanks to Tamara, I still had a very beautiful day. She and her colleague also gave their excuses several times, while they could not do anything about the crowds. So this was not their fault either. My compliments to Tamara, even though it was only her 5th day at work. She was professional and very kind. She made me very comfortable. A tip to all brides: especially look at the website to see what you do not like and then let it go. Your dream dress is often not exactly what you have in mind and maybe just like mine, completely the opposite.”

“I said YES to the dress!!! . I had Abbie from the Hinckley store help me find my perfect dress she listened to what I wanted and guided me in the right direction and I never felt pressured to try on anything I didn’t want to. I felt very self conscious going in as I didn’t know what to expect but Abbie made me feel so comfortable and nothing was ever too much for her. I can’t thank her enough for helping me find my perfect dress.”

“Met een vriendin meegeweest om een trouwkleed uit te kiezen voor haar. Dit was een leuke en aangename ervaring vanwege de host Houda. Ze was heel spontaan, enthousiast en heel oprecht in het proces van het vinden van een droomjurk. Dit gaf mij ook een gevoel om in de toekomst terug te komen voor deze toffe dame als ik ook zou trouwen. Tot (hopelijk) binnekort Houda! Bedankt om mijn beste vriendin gelukkig te maken”

“Leonie was incredible from start to finish! I visited the Manchester store twice and she couldn’t have been more helpful and knowledgeable! Leonie made me feel at ease and had lots of suggestions! She is a credit to your Team. I never once felt pressured or persuaded to buy a dress. She did not give up and I actually purchased a style of dress I never thought I would have. As I did not feel pressured, this actually led me to buying a dress. Thank you so much for all your help Leonie - without you this experience would have not been the same! “As part of the bridal party I was excited to see our bride try on dresses. Massive shout out to Cerys from the Cardiff branch she made the bride feel so special. She listened to everything the bride wanted and listened to the ideas we all had and we ended up making a bespoke dress for the bride with ideas from every one! “Cerys from cardiff could not have provided a better service to me during my fitting, she listened to my style and curated a dreamy combo I'm so excited for my big day now! Unfortunately we had a very poor customer service experience prior to my fitting, we came at a time agreed with the front desk earlier in the day and were waiting THREE hours with almost zero communication as to what was happening, I'm okay with delays as long as the situation is communicated, turned out to be a positive outcome in the end but my friend had to leave and missed out, pretty hungry and thirsty too!”

“I had the best time choosing my wedding dress, all thanks to Yazmin! She was so patient and super helpful, guiding me through all the options and making me feel totally comfortable. On top of that, she’s just the sweetest - so cheerful, funny, and easy to talk to. It honestly felt like shopping with a friend. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me find the dress. “AMAZING! When I first arrived at wed2b I was so nervous as it was my first time trying on wedding dresses. After having a look around for about 15 minutes Lucia came over to talk to me and took me over to the dressing room. She took the time to sit and ask me what I was looking for in a dress and explained everything in detail. Lucia was absolutely amazing, she is so friendly and so helpful and helped me so much more than I could have wished for. Lucia made me feel so beautiful and made me feel so comfortable trying on different styles of dresses. Once I found the dress she let me try on a veil and gave me some flowers so I could have a proper feel for what it will be like on the big day. I can’t thank her enough for the amazing work she does and how special she made me feel. Thank you so much to Lucia and everyone else and wed2b :)”
