“My son and his girlfriend took me on this adventure to pick my wedding dress. Now a grandmother of two and previously divorced, I felt a bit out of place to start with. But Alex made this experience one we will never forget. She made me feel special and was spot on with finding dresses that suited me so well, absolutely beyond my expectations.”

“Customer Service 5/5 stars! - I came today to the Leeds branch and spent 2 hours with Carla. Carla was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, listening to my ideas, offering advice and just generally amazing, I cannot thank her enough, she is brilliant at her job! Available Dresses 1/5 stars - I was really shocked that out of the 9 dresses I had seen online, none were in stock in my size (I am a size 14). I completely understand the off the peg concept, however it was really disappointing as I didn't get to try on any dresses that I had seen online. Although Carla really helped me try on some beautiful dresses, none were like the ones I wanted to try based on what I'd seen online. It's a real shame that I didn't find my dress here, as mentioned, the service I received was brilliant. I did find my dress in a different shop later on, the service was nowhere near as good, but they had similar dresses to the style I wanted, based on dresses seen on Wed2B's website.”

“Phenomenal service at the Stoke store. My friend is very indecisive and had already bought a dress but Chloe and Kaitlyn were so helpful and supportive and my bride walked out happier than she’s been in months! Could not rate them any higher! Thank you so much!”

“I had the absolute best experience at wed2b today with my mum and nan. Grace selected a full range of dresses for me to try on and she definitely made it a tricky choice! Grace was super attentive, listened to my preferences but also encouraged me to try something new - which is the dress I ended up going with! I can’t wait to bring my bridesmaids back here later this year! Thank you so much Grace and all the team!”

“Felicity was amazing! Before we started looking at dresses she talked us through how the process would work and asked if I had any idea what sort of style I’d like. I showed her some dresses I’d seen on the website and luckily they had them in store, I fell in love with the second dress I tried on! We tried on a few more just to be sure and once I’d decided she talked me through alterations and accessories. She wasn’t pushy with trying to sell veils or accessories like some boutiques are and just made the whole experience so lovely, thank you so much!!”

“Chloe and Kaitlyn at the Stoke store made my wedding dress dreams come true! They were supportive and so so helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I left the store with a dress I was truly happy with! Much better than the experience I'd had at a different Wed2b store a couple of months earlier. If anyone deserves a payrise this year, it's the team at the Stoke store! ;)”

“Ik voelde mij heel snel op mijn gemak. Op basis van een kort gesprekje en een foto van een kleed werd er op buikgevoel 2 kleedjes klaargehangen. Super fijne dames die voor een huiselijke sfeer zorgden. Ze weten heel goed waar ze mee bezig zijn en hebben oog voor detail. We hebben een zeer fijne en gezellige namiddag gehad. Ze namen echt de tijd om het perfecte kleed te vinden. Zeer goed buikgevoel, want na enkele uren passen, heb ik mijn kleed gevonden dat bij de eerste 2 kleedjes klaarhing.”

“I had an amazing experience at the Bolton store, Jenny was so lovely and helpful and really made me feel at ease when trying on dresses. She really listened to what I did and didn’t want and brought me a range of different dresses and with all of Jenny’s help I finally found my dream dress! “Visited the Bolton shop with my daughter today and left with a beautiful dress. I walked in with very little idea on what I wanted. Jenny listened to my concerns of what I didn't want and by dress number 3 she had found the perfect one for me. I found the experience to be just what I wanted, no fuss but really positive and kind.
