I wasn’t sure how long it would take for me to find a dress I was happy with as I wasn’t sure what I wanted but every dress Beth pulled out for me to try was gorgeous. 3 dresses later and everyone was in tears. “We visited last week and had a great experience. I think the consultants name was Kim, she was amazing. Sooo helpful and so knowledgable. She knew all about the altering of the dresses too so was able to explain how I could change/add to the dress to make it the dress of my dreams. Just so helpful and lovely. And not pushy at all, no pressure, wanted to make sure I had time to think before going ahead and buying. Just a really great experience; thank you Kim xxxx”

“Ik was heel fijn geholpen door Zandi. We kwamen op zondagochtend vroeg en waren de enigen in de winkel. Er werd alle tijd voor me genomen en ik werd helemaal op mijn gemak gesteld. Ik ben dan ook heel tevreden met de begeleiding... en de jurk natuurlijk!”

“Because of the 'off the peg' concept, there was not a single dress on my list in stock. Also because of the walk-in concept, it took about 2.5 hours before it was my turn. This made me lose my excitement for this special moment, but because of the incredibly great help from Bridal Consultant Tamara, all that was forgotten. I never expected to walk out with my dream dress and I succeeded! Thanks to Tamara, I still had a very beautiful day. She and her colleague also gave their excuses several times, while they could not do anything about the crowds. So this was not their fault either. My compliments to Tamara, even though it was only her 5th day at work. She was professional and very kind. She made me very comfortable. A tip to all brides: especially look at the website to see what you do not like and then let it go. Your dream dress is often not exactly what you have in mind and maybe just like mine, completely the opposite.”

“I said YES to the dress!!! . I had Abbie from the Hinckley store help me find my perfect dress she listened to what I wanted and guided me in the right direction and I never felt pressured to try on anything I didn’t want to. I felt very self conscious going in as I didn’t know what to expect but Abbie made me feel so comfortable and nothing was ever too much for her. I can’t thank her enough for helping me find my perfect dress.”

“Met een vriendin meegeweest om een trouwkleed uit te kiezen voor haar. Dit was een leuke en aangename ervaring vanwege de host Houda. Ze was heel spontaan, enthousiast en heel oprecht in het proces van het vinden van een droomjurk. Dit gaf mij ook een gevoel om in de toekomst terug te komen voor deze toffe dame als ik ook zou trouwen. Tot (hopelijk) binnekort Houda! Bedankt om mijn beste vriendin gelukkig te maken”
