“The app is so easy to use. Not fantastic prices but charity shops aren't taking books at all near me. Not a great 'hit' rate, but just clearing any is helpful. The packaged books were easy to drop off at a local shop and payment was prompt. Will use again.”

“The refer a friend scheme is easy to understand and appears to work well. We have a convenient local store to take boxes to and then checking and payment are quick prompt. Prices could be more competitive but it remains a good way of raising funds for charities such as ours.”

“Very easy to use, process was efficient, books collected on time and payment received within a week. Only downside was the number of books that weren’t accepted for sale, about 75% in total of those I wanted to sell.”

“Great opportunity to sell your books for some cash. The app is very simple to use: you scan, you pack, the courier pickup up the box and they send you the money.”

“The service right from using the scanner in the app to scan your items, to packaging and posing them to the processing of the trade and payment is very smooth and easy. All items I have sent (in two trades) have been accepted - the process each time took around 7 days which is very quick. I would highly recommend using these to sell your old items.”

“An excellent service, which does what it says on the tin. The only issue I had was with Hermes (or Evri). They failed to pick up my parcels as promised and suggested that it would be quicker to drop them off at a parcel shop, which I did. In addition, their emails were contradictory and confusing.”
