“I have never used you before to sell goods to but I must say I was very impressed as free delivery from my home and payment was quick into my bank account and when I have anything else to sell I will use you”

“Scanning in books and DVDs was easy, and the app immediately told me if they were acceptable and the price. It took three attempts to arrange pick up, which was annoying as I had to re-print the labels, but the service was free which was good. Received notification of delivery quite quickly, and that all were accepted. Took about another two weeks to get a cheque issued, so probably a month in total, which seems quite long. Overall I would use again when I have a pile to sell.”

“On the 2nd September I was told my payment was being processed as yet I have still not received it and it is over a week .”

I can see you have selected to be paid via Cheque, we do offer next day payments via bank transfer or Paypal, if you update your payment details and email us at info@webuybooks.co.uk with your offer ID we can then get the Cheque cancelled and send your payment again. Unfortunately there can be delays in the postal service, this is out of our control but we are happy to send the payment via a different method for you. Kind Regards WeBuyBooks

“Sorry but the courier you use are not the best they left notes to say that they could not pick up when they had already picked up and e mails the same”

“We Buy Books were fab! I got the exact funds they stated I would, which were released quickly once items received. The only issue I had is that it took Hermes a month to actually collect my items, they kept saying they had already collected my box when they hadn’t. We buy books were onto them constantly though, complaining on my behalf and we got there in the end. Thank you, would use again and found them much better than rival companies.”

“This was a really good way to raise a little extra money for our church funds. It was straightforward to do, the package was collected from my home and the money was paid into our church account with no bother. I will use this again.”

“Wbb is the 2nd best of these companies, much better than the z company who are crooks and a mile better than the m company who are disgusting thieves and even have a dedicated team who try to suppress bad reviews online. However their claim that they pay 'the most, fastest' is not correct. They are often the fastest but the other m website pays significant more. Wbb's customer service is good and the app is excellent too.”
