“It is easy to scan the app works perfectly. The only criticism is that rather than accept 10/15 books each time it would be better to accept all in one go and save money in postage, it is only a suggestion 😊”

“Used quite a lot. Quick in getting paid. Easy to use. Scanning easy. Quick replies from email about my queries. Better prices for books compared to similar site. Some books reach v good prices more than i had expected. Some not so good prob as lots in catalogue. My CDs not such good prices but may be they have lots of them all ready in catalogue. It always changes due to demand. I was pleased to see all eras accepted ie 40s, 50s-present. However some modern CDs more than had expected. Many ways to drop off my goods. I chose Evri service in local shop and machine prints off your labels. It is 10 mins walk to bus then 5 min walk to shop. due to me not driving if box heavy i would prefer it to be nearer like in Sainsburys or in johnsons cleaners. 10 items is hard for me to complete and usually end up giving books/cds away that dont want to part with just to make up to 10 items.”

“Everything went smoothly, books collected on time and payment made quickly. Was pleased to be able to talk to someone before, just to clarify a few things. Only thing that I didn’t understand was my second time I scanned some books and it was £2 but after a week of finding more books, the initial ones had disappeared so I re scanned and it said they weren’t taking them . Bit annoying but all in all a good experience.”

“I found WeBuyBooks App easy to download and to use. It was easy to scan the books and to use the “look up” option if they didn’t scan. The printing was good but the App insisted on using 3 boxes although they were under the recommended weight, so we moved two books to another box. We couldn’t change the amount of boxes to 2, it wouldn’t allow it. Pick up was fine and we had updates through the App. The process including payment took 7 days. I would use WeBuyBooks again and would recommend them.”

“All straigtforward and easy with one exception - I have sold books with you three times and the collection has been a problem EVERY time - arranged collection did not happen and had to be rebooked each time”
