“I have used Music Magpie and they keep you updated of the progress of the order. I didn’t know what was happening with we buy books.”

“Webuybooks is a super convenient service to help clear out clutter I have in a sustainable way - in my opinion it's a lot better to pass things on than to just straight out recycle, and these guys make it so easy! If there's a hitch they have a super friendly and helpful support line!”

“They offer a good price and are very efficient, i was surprised at the number of books they were unable to take. I had to downsize my books of over 1000 and they probably took about 10% which was disappointing.”

“I bought a book from them described as clean with some annotations (Alejo Carpentier's El reino de este mundo) The book is heavily annotated from page 1 to 74 (out of 153. When I sent photos to prove it, hoping it'd be a quick transaction – just an understandable miss checking from their side, I got two emails saying they could not see the photos despite them being sent in the regular jpg format. I honestly think that book, in that state, should be on sale and I don't think they managed customer service very well in this instance. I don't doubt they are a good company and I hope this serves to be more thoroughly next time. I'd add photos here but it's not giving me the option. “Really great app and great way to sell unwanted books. Found the whole process very easy, only issue I had was with the couriers not arriving on the day I had scheduled. Once sorted, everything went according to plan! Have recommended Webuybooks to friends and family and will definitely use them again.”

“Easy to use and good value for your books. It was very easy to add the books I wanted to sell, to get the value, print the label, pick up next day and money on my account within a week or so. Really reliable. Only negative is that you can't add two copies of the same book if you have them.”

“Thank you. The collection was slick and the correspondence was good. I have many books in excellent condition which you are not accepting just now. Disappointing but understandable. My husband died very recently and I am looking for his books to go to 'good homes!' But thank you for the books you have received.”
