“Very easy site to use and love that our excess books are not going into landfill. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that some of the prices given seem very low. Fortunately, I am more concerned about finding an environmentally-friendly home for my books. It is also frustrating that the site always seems to accept your first 2 or 3 books and then declines the vast majority. If you have a large number of books to move on and you are not concened about making money, charity or library donation is definitely a quicker option.”

“Evri apparently left my parcel in their depot meaning payment was delayed and I had to ask you what was happening. Also had to visit 3 stores to find a working Evri machine to print label - this seems to be a recurring problem. I think this information should be passed on to them.”

“No issues. I scanned my books and the ones were clearly labelled as sellable. Packed them up in boxes and printed the label at an Evri store. Paid within a week. Great way to declutter.”

“Reasonably satisfied. WBB accepted more titles and paid out more than any similar app I could find. But still a pittance. It’s heartbreaking to let cherished books go for pennies when they are selling for £30 individually, but when time is short, and you need to downsize in a hurry, a pittance is better than nothing”

“3rd time I have used them. Scanning is simple although it's easy to duplicate items. Parcel is tracked. Emails sent when items checked and then payment confirmed. Bank account credited same day. Fair price paid. All good.”

“Very good way of disposing of books. On eBay, you never know if they will sell, then there are eBay charges and books are relatively heavy for their size, so postage is usually at least £3. On WBB, they go when you want them to go, with the proceeds unaffacted by postage or commission. On the down side, acceptance or rejection of books seems rather random, even with relatively modern books with ISBN codes. Likewise, the price awarded is also rather unpredictable, down to a few pence.”
