“Easy to use App the only down fall is i have hundreds and hundreds of book most never used or read but they don't except them which is frustrating and mostly modern ones”

“Evri shops are very inconvenient as the machines lots of time are not working to print labels. It would be much better if items could be dropped off to the nearest InPost boxes. Can you improve this service please.”

“Just used Webuybooks for the first time to assess how effective it was. Process of listing and sending books very labour intensive for what is minimal financial reward. For that reason I won't be using it again. Will just donate books to preferred charity shops instead in the future.”

“A 61pence "goodwill gesture" for shambolic services - shame on you WeBuyBooks! Evri failed to collect my WeBuyBooks order # 2273158 on 3 different days. WeBuyBooks contacted Evri via their account manager, but after still sitting on my books 3 weeks later, I delivered them part-way myself, only to be advised by WeBuyBooks that one of my books' ISBN did not match ... but whose fault is that when I used their scanning system, which matched the code to a wrong ISBN? WeBuyBooks then charged me £2 for their own system error, and offered me to destroy the book or return it to me at my own costs. I suggested to customer services that WeBuyBooks cannot be serious ... After waiting 3 more business days I chatted with Gary today and found out that WeBuyBooks added 61 pence "to my trade due to the failed collection as a good will gesture" - Really? WeBuyBooks are having a laugh, right? Never again will I use their dire services - I will stick with trusted old Ziffit instead!”

“WeBuyBooks provided an excellent and also invaluable service and everything was very easy and straight-forward . I was able to sell back a large quantity of books for a very reasonable cost and the FREE home collection service made life easy . WeBuyBooks are very reliable and trustworthy and the whole process from start to finish was also very quick and efficient .”

“Well, at least you get something back from all the books and CDs you've bought. Wish I'd known about it before I took so many boxes of books to the charity shop. Still, you don't make a lot. It's surprising how some books, practically new releases, merit such low prices that you feel sorry for both the book and the author. Still, as I said, it's extra cash.”

“Recently made £35 with this company. So easy to log your books and arrange a collection. No barcode? No preoblem as they offer a search option as well. Just one word of warning: don't expect all the books you are selling to be a) purchased buy 'webuybooks' and b) worth loads of money.”
