“Easy and quick process! Unfortunately did not take all the books I wanted to sell and gave a rather low price for some of the more expensive hard-backs, but an easy way to clear out your book shelves and get something in return for it.”

“Quick and simple way to sell unwanted books. Only not 5 stars because I rearranged collection but the courier still turned up at the original time, and then again at the new time! I sent a message via the app about the first time offer that I forgot to use and no-one ever replied.”

“A very straightforward , easy to use and trustworthy firm to deal with. No fuss, no problem. I have made several transactions in the past year or so and have been very happy with the results. “The driver failed to pick up the books as he went to the wrong building. I was told the driver would not call me in such situation, which puzzles me: why would they rather waste their time than simply make a phone call? Also, I have not received the payment nearly two weeks after the books were taken away.”
