“When selling to them Webuybooks is the only dealer to never claim that items haven't been sent when they have or to find ludicrous reasons for rejecting items. They are more than fair and while their prices are not always the most competitive (especially since they dropped their top offer from £1.75 to £1.50) at least you know that the items you send will be fairly assessed.”

“I like the app and the ease to see what is in the basket etc. Prices offered are often pitiful though. More 15ps than anything so I usually sell them with the rival company. Staff are always on hand and polite and helpful when I have ever reached out. Prompt responding as well”

“Very good service and prompt payment. The only slight issue is when you can't print a label at home, it is hard to find the request to have one sent. It would be better if the courier could do this, like other companies.”

“The scanner function in the app makes it easy, to find out which books have some value. My local drop off point is just up the road, so it's easy and convenient to send the parcel of books. It's also satisfying, to think the books will continue to be enjoyed by someone else.”
