“First dealings with this company were great - swift email to say items received and payment in bank 3 days after sending. Couldn’t fault them. Second dealings - still waiting. Had email to say one batch arrived last week but 2 batches sent at the same time and no news on that one. Poor service second time around.”

“Easy scanning process. Generally, better prices than competitors. Good communications. Simple to arrange pickup. Extremely prompt payment - collection Monday, they received books Wednesday, money was in bank Friday.”

“Easy to deal with and arrange pick up. The only downside is having to manually input every IBN/barcode which for over 50 items was time consuming”

“A first time customer I was impressed by how easy it was to sell my books. I scanned the book bar codes using my phone, which was quick and easy. The instructions for packing were clear (perhaps be useful to be instructed to read these before arranging a collection date as the instructions for box size and number are quite precise). My packed books were collected on time and I've now received my cheque. A big thank you!”

“Easy to navigate website, that also clearly showed me where I could take my books to a Hermes pick up point. I really appreciate you sending me a label for my box as I don't have access to a printer at this time. Prompt payment and acknowledgement of when my box of books arrived with you. Totally recommend you, thank you!”

“I've sold books to webuybooks a few times. The system is very straight forward. Post off your books or have them collected, I have used both, and receive payment for your books. It's always worked very smoothly for me. The amount they offer for most books isn't high but seems to be favourably comparable to other similar sites.”
