“Easy to scan and work out what would be taken then just pop in a box and take down to collection point (I used post office). Was bit worried sending would be more difficult but weight allowance is generous. I had my payment in under a week. Hassle free process.”

“Easy process for selling and dropping off books but the last six months has seen a deterioration in the length of time before you get paid. Have had to phone the last two times in order to get paid. Disappointing.”
