“Gave 5 stars. Package was collected when said. Very quick response to say that they had received my items and arranged payment direct to my bank same day. Excellent and thank you”

“Easy to use app and scanning of the books, maps etc was quick and simple. Value of the items was low and you have to accumulate minimum £5 before they will accept the bundle, however, most of the others are the same. Payment one week later.”

“Hassle free service. This is the second time I’ve used their service and I highly recommend it. It’s so easy to arrange and you’re paid within 8 days of the moment you box your books and they’re collected. Highly recommended.”

“Probably the best of the online book buying sites. Great barcode scanning app and quite good prices paid . Free postage to send items. Prompt payment. They do reject some items for sometimes very minor damage, with no room for discussing this with them, and a charge if you want them back. Overall though, recommended. Better than the others.”

“I sold several books to Webuybooks; the process is easy and the transaction run smoothly. I was told when the items arrived and the payment was quick. The only down side was that having been offered an extra % on the price, there was nowhere to write the promocode the when finishing the transaction on the app and the extra % was not added automstically to it, so I got less money than expected.”

“System very easy to use. Drop off to local shop. Acknowledgement of receipt of the books and very quickly after money in bank. Not loads but a good way to recycle books when sometimes hard to dispose of elsewhere.”

“Almost none of my books are able to be purchased through WBB. In all but a few cases, Ziffit and Sellitback offer more money. The price of a book re-scanned *still* decreases with each new scan as WBB “thinks” it has more of these books coming in. The algorithm needs immediate attention. I rarely send my old books to WBB these days. I doubt without change this vendor will survive longer term”

“I don't do tech things, but this website was really easy to use. I could just input the barcode numbers from the backs of my items and press enter. WBB then made their offer on the item or rejected it if they had no need for it. The actual process for sending in my items was really simple to use even for a technophobe like myself. so simple to use. excellent.”
