“Easy to process and pack the books. Fantastic that they could be collected from my front door - there were a LOT of books! Very straightforward but the payment was a while in coming.”

“They responded to emails quickly when I had a query. They collected the books when they said they would and sent payment super fast. Will definitely use again.”

“I have sold books via WeBuyBooks many times now and am very pleased with the service. It is easy to scan and check the value or to enter an isbn number manually. Staff have always been very helpful with and queries . I usually send via Hermes but you can arrange to have your books collected from home.”

“Pay quickly which is good, but turn down books that are definitely reusable and because they charge to send them back they know you’ll leave them - so unsure if they actually get recycled or resold !”

“I think you are great, efficient and friendly and such a nice thing to give books many lives. You are let down by the appalling service of your couriers, EvRi. Why does a company change their name? Because they have a bad reputation with the old one!”

“I am NEVER disappointed when dealing with Webuybooks. Valuations are highly competitive and ALWAYS honoured. If you have reasonable quality books or cds you want to get rid of give them a try. You really can't lose!”

“We were having a clear out and went through all our books. Downloaded the app. Really easy to use. Scanned all the books that had bar codes. Price offered immediately and added to basket. From then it was a simple process of packing, labelling and editing for our Evri courier to collect. Really good communication confirming receipt and any queries. Money paid into our account quickly. Only issues were books without bar codes- searched by name which wasn’t very good. Also the app decides how many boxes you’re sending so although we’d fitted all the books into one easy to carry box, the app said to pack in two boxes. This can’t be changed. Prices are quite low but frankly they would only have been taken to charity shop. Gifted loads to hospital library too. Would definitely use again .”

“Really easy and great to be able to scan the codes. Shame you can’t do multiples of a book though. Payment was quick and using a local drop off point made it convenient”

“I have used WBB a number of times with no problems, but this time there appeared to be a delay between the collection and then confirmation of the funds. Not sure why, but the app stated the books were ‘in transit’ for over a week. Otherwise good service.”

“So easy and quick to pass on books through WeBuyBooks. Scan the ISBN codes on the WBB app on my phone, see what payment they offer for each one and accept/decline according to what I think. Package up a bundle, send it off for free, tracked through my local Evri drop off point. Paid quickly. Very happy with the hassle-free service.”
