not worth going to them, you are better off selling to a private buyer a car worth £2400 was bought by them for £500 hubby signed form before i told him not to, the staff member was rude and didnt even check half the things he was meant to. very disappointed by the service

Lady was very over run with lots of people wanting to be seen I had appointment and a figure made that wasn’t kept to and value of the car decreased by almost 200 pound with in day So Unfair When told as long as fall service history provided I would recicve the amount arrange the day before The lady was very good at her job And did get and resolve everything with not all the right documents So she persevered in getting the correct information

Went to rawtenstall branch to sell my van Rachel Taj was my agent. Iam very cynical about car sales types so I was delighted with Rachel's professional and friendly approach. Didn't get off to a good start, as long delay. Low price offered which we declined but went back the next day and haggled a little. New offer was acceptable and the deal was done. Friendly chap running the show at Chelmer Village.
