“The procedure is straight forward if you make sure you are honest about your cars condition and have all the correct documents. I don't agree with the fees that were charged but was made fully aware of them so it was my decision to proceed or not. The money I received was a fair price for the car and the money was in my account within an hour.”

“Kenny was excellent. My mother was selling my late father's car. Kenny was professional, sympathetic of the situation, friendly and very easy to deal with. A courtesy call before the appointment from him clearly explaining all the documentation required and why it was needed and an overview of what to expect during the appointment. No waiting at the appointment time and as I had given a fairly comprehensive description of the car and the 2 or 3 minor cosmetic imperfections there was no argument at all over the price offered, in fact he did agree that the valuation system had been a little harsh for the condition and agreed to up the price by a small amount to round the numbers up. We left very satisfied and happy.”
