I would definately recommend webuyanycar. The online quote service was easy yo use and gave a realistic quote for the condition of the car. Kenny was excellent. My mother was selling my late father's car. Kenny was professional, sympathetic of the situation, friendly and very easy to deal with. A courtesy call before the appointment from him clearly explaining all the documentation required and why it was needed and an overview of what to expect during the appointment. No waiting at the appointment time and as I had given a fairly comprehensive description of the car and the 2 or 3 minor cosmetic imperfections there was no argument at all over the price offered, in fact he did agree that the valuation system had been a little harsh for the condition and agreed to up the price by a small amount to round the numbers up. We left very satisfied and happy.

Atrocious customer service with Simon at Monks Cross York today. Had been told to avoid this company for a valuation so got another 4 and was passing these so called in. £2000 less than highest other offer and £1700 less than lowest other offer. Simon was not only arrogant but also rude and when he was given proof of other offers just told us to go there then and walked off! Never ever use this company, total rip off merchants and as others have stated probably full of fake reviews. Best advice is STAY WELL CLEAR!!!
