“Atrocious customer service with Simon at Monks Cross York today. Had been told to avoid this company for a valuation so got another 4 and was passing these so called in. £2000 less than highest other offer and £1700 less than lowest other offer. Simon was not only arrogant but also rude and when he was given proof of other offers just told us to go there then and walked off! Never ever use this company, total rip off merchants and as others have stated probably full of fake reviews. Best advice is STAY WELL CLEAR!!!”
