“The service at the appointment was brilliant. I think the price online leads people into false sense of security to then be offered less money than originally offered online. I had input everything that was defective on my car before I went and still got offered nearly £300 less.”

“The procedure is straight forward if you make sure you are honest about your cars condition and have all the correct documents. I don't agree with the fees that were charged but was made fully aware of them so it was my decision to proceed or not. The money I received was a fair price for the car and the money was in my account within an hour.”
