Easy no fuss organisation to deal with. We received slightly more than expected for the car having previously advertised privately & on auction site. Shame we had to wait until next day for the payment as it was over the threshold as a prestige car but no matter the completed payment followed. I had heard of high charges & penalties, admin fees etc. but this was not the case.

The whole process was simple, straightforward and quick. The staff nember at thurrock was polite and informative. Progress of receiving funds and settling the finance was clear and easy plus was kepted informed at the various stages.

Easy peasy process. On arrival Car was given once over, price agreed and dealt with in less than 20 minutes. Payment into bank at agreed times. DVLA refund within a week. Certainly recommend.

Everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The location was very close and easy to find. I had to cancel the first appointment because I needed my mother's id but when I booked again it was quick and easy to proceed. The valuation between the two appointments hardly changed. I had been told by friends that the valuation would be much lower than the internet valuation. This was not the case. Another myth dispelled!

We valued our car on the web site and booked an appointment to finalise the transaction initially they were very professional confirming appointment times and that we had every thing. When we arrived we were met by a representative who came and looked over the car marketing notes on a clip board as we watched we were invited Upto the office So he could enter all the in formation after a while he advised that the offer from the website would need to be adjusted by £400 due to some damage found on the car scratched wheel and two very faint scratches on the body this surprised both me and my wife as we knew no damage was on the wheels so I went back to the car and found that the damage was actually bird mess on the wheels and came off with a wipe of my finger so no damage the scratches that were there were so faint that they almost came off with me wiping them with a wet finger the advisor then came down to the car and saw that there was no damage on the wheel but proceeded to point out a little mark on the other side wheel which he hadn't seen on his extensive first review also the scratches that were on the n/s/r wing were now mistakenly mark down and it was the light stone chips that were decreasing the value. Never the less we decided not to sell to this company as we believe that the whole process is a scam and the initial value given is to draw you in put you in front of an advisor and push for the sale not very professional I will be taking this up with trading standards and the ombudsman
