I think reading the other reviews, I need say no more lol. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Honestly, you are just wasting your time. If you have a car that has just been driven out the showroom, they will try to pick fault in that as well, and knock 1k off the price given. Deceptive and dishonest.

I would keep well clear of this company as stated in other reviews your online guaranteed quoted is at best half of what you will be offered at the office. Then you have a £50 admin fee to deduct on top of this insulting offer. You have to fight salesman for every last penny after they deduct money for the smallest of paint chips etc. My advice stay well clear of this firm and Inverness office and sell privately.

I didn’t expect to sell my car daughters car through this company, but I entered all the details accurately and was surprised at a half reasonable quote. I did nothing through, but every time the quote expired I got a new higher quote (£1420 to £1600)! In the end I thought I may as well pay them a visit. The £1600 became £1120 on the day as there was some stone chips on the front and some scratches on the alloys. What would you expect from a car nearly 8 years old with 96000 miles on the clock! The car actually was in excellent condition. I drove it home and sold it privately for sensible money! While you can’t expect private sale money, the overinflated prices quoted to get you there are really poor practice especially since the offers come through as ‘Guaranteed’

Sold my car at the st albans branch. Initial service very good and quick. Got told my money would be paid into my account in 4 days. I am still waiting for payment. St albans office do not answer phone, emails sent but no acknowledgement at all. There is no contact number for head office. All in all service has been extremely poor. I am owed thousands and cannot actually speak to anyone. DO NOT USE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHOCKING

Don’t touch this company. They guaranteed £600 for our 13year old Saab with 150miles on the clock. Everything was pointed out before we booked our appointment. On booking appointment we where landed with a £60 cost to sell it and when we got to inspection they started mentioning money off. So much for a guarantee.. all a load of hot air... do not use better of selling privately. To make matters worse when we got home they offered us an extra week guaranteed price what a load of rubbish !!!!

Worst company in my life. Never respond. Never sell your car to this cowboy company. Knock off money for nothing. I would recommend anyone else but not this unprofessional company. U better off going to your local trader.

I had a valuation of £4385 for my car on their website. (I fully described the vehicle on line.) Even the guy who did the inspection, said the car was immaculate for it's mileage and age.I expected to be knocked down by £200, not by £700 ! Won't use them again.

Got a valuation of £540 for my car, booked an appointment and drove to their depot only to be offered £84 BEFORE any fees they wanted to take off. I ended up selling my car privately and got way more than £84. My over all opinion of the comepany? VERY POOR!!!!!

They offered a guranteed value of £1365 for my immaculate X5 with 40,000 miles below average milage, loads and loads of extras and when I took it to their office, they knocked the price down by £565 to £800 because it had a smaller than a pea-sized chip on the rear bumper :-( Doyourselves a favour and DON'Y DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

The online quotes are totally bloated. I just got 75% knocked off the online quotation because my 17-year old car had some scuffs and scratches on the bodywork... at least I got a look of surprised disbelief from the 'engineer' when I just said 'No, thank you!' got up and walked out... Also the £50 fee is a total rip off... I half expected for me to PAY THEM so they would kindly take care of my car. AVOID!!!

Please be aware that they need to sell your car on, cheaply at auction, they also need to pay for a car transporter to get it there, Phillip Schofield and TV adverts then Head Office, managers etc. So think what your car is worth at auction and half it and this is what they will give you. Do not think for a minute that your car is worth what they quote you online, the saleman's job is to bid you down by about 50%. The process will take about an hour, pretty much the same time that it takes to photograph it and put it on ebay and get 50% more for it. It will make no difference how honest you are online before your appointment.

Shady tactics I was left very disappointed today regarding my valuation for vehicle. I received a text message from WBAC informing me that my valuation had gone up from £10,000 to £10,340 however when we got the final valuation in branch the starting valuation was still only £10,000. There was nothing the employee could do, he must have rang about 4 different phone numbers trying to get through to someone senior to help the head office but not one answered the phone, some sent him straight to answerphone. In the end I felt sorry for the chap as I’d been in there a hour and there was a que of customers forming behind me so I took the offer which they deducted the expected from the 10k however the starting point should have been £10,340 I would also like to add that the sales rep was very helpful and polite and none of this is his fault, it was very disappointing though that none of his seniors or head office answered the phone to him to try and resolve the issue at the time, I think you’ve really let your employee down as well as a customer in this instance. Having heard back from WBAC complaints department they explained that the increased offer sent via Text to me had expired, funny how the original offer received 3 days prior to the increased text offer hadn't! Had I not already purchased a new car I would have walked away. Do not trust these guys.

RIP OFF. The final offer was nothing like the quote given on line. They just tempt you to attend the so called inspection. My car was 11yrs. old, so obviously had the odd stone chip here and there. Also very vague when speaking to 'the boss'...on the phone. All sorts of secretive codes etc...meaning, we have a loser here, and have a good deal. I took the absolute knock down offer however, as I lost all confidence. Friendly up to a point. But NOT a professional set up. A CON! Beware!

Couldn't leave car there and then but they promised the price was good for 6 days. Less then 50 miles later took car back for drop off and they offered me £1000 less as they said extra minor body scuffs ... ...which was completely bogus. AVOID IF YOU POSSIBLY CAN. Absolute cowboys. Completely unscrupulous and lack integrity.

This is the most disgusting service I have ever received in my whole life. I visited them on two occasions to sell my vehicle which is in perfect condition other than having 2 minimal scratches. On the first occasion I did a car valuation process on their website and was told that it is worth £1700. Disappointed (considering it was worth £2000 I decided to give it a shot anyway). Once I arrived they informed me that they would check the car and after doing this they said they would only give me £1353 due to a simple error in the millage ( I wrote the millage 4 more units than it actually was) and the minimal scratches that I not only informed them about this prior the appointment but was not part of the valuation process. The second time I went I redid the valuation to get the price of £1575. I had my hopes down with this company and thought they would only reduce the price by £100-£200 but instead was shock to my core to find out that they in fact had only agreed to give me £313.75 due to the minimal scratches. Honestly speaking the service was terrible and I wouldn't recommend this to anyone as this company is dishonest and in fact is a waste of time.
