“It is a speedy service and very convenient. Be aware that the price initially given is subject to a £50 admin fee, as well as deductions for any faults found with the car. There is also a deduction of value if MOT is due within 6months of sale date. Not very transparent when giving the initial sale price for the car. I also found our local service centre difficult to locate. The address given on the confirmation email was not actually the address where I needed to drop the car. The agent that I dealt with was very friendly and straightforward.”
