“Hassle-free and easy to use service, very professional buyer, very polite, can't fault that in the slightest but the price wasn't great - initial offer was OK-ish till the £50 "admin" fee's deducted, then after inspection, which struggled to find anything wrong, knocked down another £150 ... overall my reaction is OUCH .. saved by the buyer who was great and had it not been for them, I'd have walked ... Then AFTER the transaction,, you don't manage the V5 properly in accordance with DVLA instruction. WAKE UP please and learn the process ... that aspect's rubbish and borders on being illegal”

“The only thing I don't agree with is, you offer one price, but when you take your car to sell you deduct money off for so many things that I didn't agree with. I was offered 1380.00 but then offered 845.00 that's a huge difference. I agree for some of them I.e MOT less than 6 months but saying I had dents, that's not true.”

“The web offer was better than any other buying site and much better than the dealer could offer (actually recommended I go to you). The inspector was very helpful and explained the process. Having identified some minor damage that I was aware of I was made a new offer for my vehicle which was still the best I had been offered.”

“Went to Hornsey branch young man very polite explaining everything didn’t rush us in any way. Comfortable experience. Just one thing I received a text to say car had finance and to take finance letter as it never had finance and never has. I think the text should have said IF your car has finance. That’s my only negative comment. But I would definitely recommend we buy any car.”
