“What we were offered at valuation was not offered at appointment. Why waste everyone’s time and petrol. Despite the car being old and the rep saying it was in good condition. Why??? Locks Heath shopping centre.”

Please note that your valuation would only ever change at your appointment if you’re outside of your 4 day Price Promise, or if there are discrepancies between the way that you described your car online and the car itself, found at your appointment. This could include missing components, damages or discrepancies with mileage, previous owners or service history, for example.
