Waited almost 3hrs after appointment time, was told pad had been playing up but fine now. Three cars to see before us approx 20 min each. Then after almost 3 hrs, offered half the online value, with him acting as if getting me best deal and extra for waiting. Then paid £10 less than was told. Scrap had offered 60 more than what I got paid by wbac. But as by this time gone 7pm it was too late to take it back to scrapyard. Had to get it sorted as needed to transfer and insure another car same day. Husband recently died, couldn't afford both cars. Horrendous experience

Please note that your valuation would only ever change at your appointment if you’re outside of your 4 day Price Promise, or if there are discrepancies between the way that you described your car online and the car itself, found at your appointment. This could include missing components, damages or discrepancies with mileage, previous owners or service history, for example. Such factors may impact the value of your car and as such, we would need to record this and amend your valuation accordingly, which we’re sure you can appreciate. We’re really sorry if the amount offered wasn’t what you had hoped for. Quick and easy - Booked my car for an appointment (there were plenty of times available which was extremely convenient!) and received an email and a phone call a few hours before. I felt at ease knowing I had everything with me to help the process go smoothly. The guy who looked over my car (Ben) was fantastic! His calm and considered approach showed that he wanted to get the best possible outcome for me and show me that my car was valuable! He also explained the tiered system that he assessed my car on and gave me a clear run down on how the valuation was made. There was no pressure to make me sell my car. In fact, it was so chilled I could have sold him my wife's car aswell! (Although that would be a poor mistake on my behalf!!) Overall, I left my appointment without my car but a whole lot of satisfaction! I feel like I got the best deal possible and would definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking of selling their car! Extra information- this car was still on a finance and Ben easily explained how the settlement would work and how it would be taken care of. Since my car valuation was below my settlement fee (negative equity), I simply had to pay the small difference and then he was able to explain how the company would deal with my finance company and the DVLA to end my agreement with them! Thanks 'we buy any car' and Ben who was a pleasure to meet and made the experience much better than what I had anticipated!

Left waiting at the office I had made arrangements, had a call whilst there to go to another office. Then offered two hundred pounds less than originally offered because of a biased viewing (said the car was very good with low mileage) giving it only a 3 out of 5 and paid £49.99 for the privilege. Not happy.
