Once at your appointment the fella finds anything to bring the price of the car down, Yes thy give u a value price but bank on it u won’t get tht amount nor close to it

Sales man was very helpful. Was hard trying to get a clear picture of engraved code but got there in the end.

Waited almost 3hrs after appointment time, was told pad had been playing up but fine now. Three cars to see before us approx 20 min each. Then after almost 3 hrs, offered half the online value, with him acting as if getting me best deal and extra for waiting. Then paid £10 less than was told. Scrap had offered 60 more than what I got paid by wbac. But as by this time gone 7pm it was too late to take it back to scrapyard. Had to get it sorted as needed to transfer and insure another car same day. Husband recently died, couldn't afford both cars. Horrendous experience
