“I requested a number of valuations over a period of time before my circumstances were such that I needed to make the move to sell my car due to ill health. After making an appraisal appointment, I was met by a very pleasant member of the team at my local WBAC site. He was very polite and pleasant and positively appraised my vehicle and acknowledged the car had been looked after and was in very good condition, which the valuation reflected. After a short wait for an updated v5 due to removing my personal plate, I returned to complete the transaction and paperwork and left feeling very happy with my experience from start to finish and was very happy with the money offered for my vehicle. I would definitely recommend the service but appreciate people judge it on the valuation, if the valuation isn’t good for you it doesn’t mean the service WBAC offer isn’t good. In my case the valuation was excellent and this also matched the service so I left very happy.”

“As per the advert , very quick on line valuation and easily updated. Got a great price . Easy to book a vehicle inspection and minimal fuss actually completing the transaction. Would be 5 stars but for the minor gripe of either paying a fed to get your money on the spot or waiting 4 working days . In my opinion you take the car, keys and paperwork the cash should be on the spot”

“Very effective, professional and friendly service when car was taken to depot for final evaluation and quotation. Smooth process and after accepting the quote, had money in my account within 10 minutes. Price offered was not as bad as I expected and a fraction higher than competitor. All in all a very secure, no fuss process, cutting out all the risks associated with a private sale, but probably at a lower price. For me, worthwhile as limited time invested in selling, and at no risk of somebody driving away with your car, or money not paid, etc.”
