“I found the whole process very easy, got my quote on line took my car a lovely lady checked my car gave me a price (slightly less than on line quote) all done pleased with what money I recieved, the only thing I had to wait a week for the money which I thought was too long.”

“The guy we dealt with was brilliant and did a great job, but that good experience was soon forgotten. We were let down on what was promised with regard to paying off the Finance Company which saw them take the outstanding balance from my wife's bank account, causing her to go overdrawn for two days. Sloppy.”

“This was the first time that i have used this service and i'm glad i did. The process began with a telephone valuation, then an appointment with a valuer who i might add was very courteous and friendly, he did an appraisal and afterwards made me an offer which i accepted the whole experience took about thirty minutes this , i would recommend this service to anyone so if you are thinking of going down this road DO IT you won't be disappointed .”
