“Told the valuation would be valid for 4 days, showed up within the 4 days and the valuation dropped by £460. Rude staff member, when I asked for a printed invoice he said ‘I’ve been selling cars for 6 years nothing is dodgy.’ At no point did I suggest anything was dodgy apart from the fact he argued with me about printing it. I’ve never sold a car so I wanted a hard copy for peace of mind as it was such a large amount of money. Wont be recommending.”
