Our simple three step process provides our customers with a quick, easy, safe and convenient way of selling their car. Free from the hassles of private sale and the inevitable haggle of part-exchange. But believe it or not, we do more than just buy cars.

“We Buy Any Car review, once you have done the initial info and they give you the initial valuation, you are then inundated with improved offers. I received an improved offer and it was in the ball park I wanted for the car, I arranged an appointment, fully expecting may I add that the price I had been quoted would be drastically reduced at the appointment. I attended the appointment and the chap did his inspection, checked the paperwork and found no issues. He input all the details and as expected he advised me the offer for the car would be reduced by £1000+, total waste of my time!! There employee, who was a really nice guy, even said this is why the Company has a terrible reputation, his words not mine. This Company is leech feeding off people in desperate situations, tempting people in with offers they have no intention of honouring and knowing that a vast majority of people will not be able to refuse the lower offer. I would urge any one thinking of using WBAC to avoid them if at all possible.”

“Ahmed at North Shields we buy any car pod was very friendly, informative, professional and explained the whole process without any pressure to sell. Booking the appointment was quick and easy online. Ahmed confirmed the details with a courtesy call prior to the appointment and gave directions to the location. He greeted us and requested all paperwork required for the sale of the car, confirming all documents. He was also very reassuring on leaving the V5 document with him as I was under the impression I needed a slip of the document to confirm sale. He made sure I had received the we buy any car invoice with details before we left and explained that they handle the v5 as a whole, within the company. I was hoping for a same day confirmation of money into the account, unfortunately this was not available due outstanding finance, to which all information was handed over to Ahmed. He was also reassuring in this process and that it was standard because of outstanding finance and payment to follow. Overall an excellent member of staff, of which you should be very proud.”

“After agreeing a price for my car with the rep, ( he checked it) he made a call for a ref number and the person told him to go and have another look and find more defects, he thought the price offered was too high. After doing this the price was brought down. I think if a price is agreed that should honoured. NOT GOOD.”
