The price offered was reasonable but dropped by by£500 due to a few marks and scuffs that were no more than fair wear and tear. Overall the service provided by the site rep and the subsequent payments etc were good.

I found we buy any car very easy to use, the service was efficient and the advisors very helpful. When we arrived for the appointment the whole process only took 20 mins to complete.

We felt that there were too many messages, emails and calls in the days after booking the appointment and the appointment itself. The price was less than accurate and despite saying you are offered a lift home it turns out you aren’t. At this point we had already arranged a lift with family so although we could have driven the car away again to get a better price it wasn’t exactly ideal. We ended up accepting a lower price. There was no room for discussion about the price either. Nothing against the representative just the company.

Overall, a positive experience. The appointment was fast, and James at the Festival Park branch (Stoke) was polite, professional and helpful. The most difficult part is trying to assess scrapes, chips, scratches etc. by yourself to get an accurate online valuation, and the on-site valuation still resulted in me getting a little less for the vehicle than I hoped. That part of the process could be a little more transparent, for me.

Quick, hassle free sale that took no more than 10 minutes. Low, below market value price but this was expected. Only minor annoyance was the sales patter of “… the system values your car at £1000, but if I make a phone call we can do £1300.” I thought the whole “call a manager to get a better deal” tactic was relegated to the 90s double glazing salesman! 😀
