“Quick, hassle free sale that took no more than 10 minutes. Low, below market value price but this was expected. Only minor annoyance was the sales patter of “… the system values your car at £1000, but if I make a phone call we can do £1300.” I thought the whole “call a manager to get a better deal” tactic was relegated to the 90s double glazing salesman! 😀”

Staff training cited for error in original assessment - frustrating and apparently not the first time it has occurred. £500 of a difference depending on who looks at car - doesn’t fill you with confidence that staff know what they are doing…”
