Was very quick from start to finish and Lee was wonderful. freindly and approachable and not pushy. Gave you the facts and figures in a proffesional maner whilst still maintaining his cheery dispostion. would highly recommend using the Shrewsbury Branch.

Used we buy any car in kings Lynn before but this time very uncomfortable transaction, I know that they knock you down but my car was in a good state better than other times actually and yes 6 years old but no dents or scratches through the paintwork and all equipment seats even left spare wheel and towbar and they knocked £600 off for nothing. They never even looked in the boot engine just went a quick round and said yes some chips etc so there is the price, no negotiating as before. yes, i am afraid a rip-off this time so not using in the future now.

I found this service really easy to use. The online quote was very accurate and the process was explained clearly and concisely. We were talked through the whole process in detail and in language we understood. I would recommend this service to anyone wanting to sell their car as it is quite stress free. I was able to ask any questions and the person dealing with the transaction was very approachable, honest and knowledgable of the whole process. A job well done.

The guy was great for us but we were totally unaware about notice that the car had been in structural accident.. we ended up getting less than half what the original quote was. Will just sell private next time

The price offered was reasonable but dropped by by£500 due to a few marks and scuffs that were no more than fair wear and tear. Overall the service provided by the site rep and the subsequent payments etc were good.
