“I received my hot tub last year in the middle of lockdown but it still arrived bang on the correct date. It’s all set up in my shed but because it expanded with the heat the plastic connectors got misshaped. I ordered 3 more but due to an error only one arrived. I ordered 2 more for again only one to be placed on the order. Emily contacted me as I Emailed them and she sent another 2 out straight away for me. The customer service is second to none and everything I order is exactly as it shows in the pictures. I love my wave spa and would recommend them to everyone”

“My Wave Atlantic spa hot tub arrived this week, much earlier than expected ☺️ so I have not had chance to use yet but really looking forward to setting it up. Wave have kept me up to date with my order and the package was delivered through DPD I very trusted delivery service. I received an email a couple days before to say it’s on its way. On the day another and text message was received with an hour delivery slot, but unfortunately I was at work. It was very simple to rearrange delivery and this came within the allocated time slot the following day. Very pleased and 3 weeks early. Lots of advice and helpful videos online and offers on cleaning chemicals and filters. Very good company! got this on 20% discount making the price very competitive and comes with a guarantee”

“Set up simple. Water was put in at 8pm was showing 11 degrees. Left to filter and heat overnight and by 8am the temp was reading 37 degrees. Bought a starter chemical pack and it explains everything well - took a few goes to get the pH right but that’s because we didn’t throw lots in - little and often and all that. Not sure whether to keep the heater and filter running all the time or whether to switch it on to heat the day before we intend to use it - just working out what’s cheaper. Size wise happily fits 2 people (adults). Bubbles are ferocious! It’s fantastic. We are just sad we didn’t take the plunge earlier to be honest.”
