“I have had my spa since the summer of last year, and am now addicted to it, I love it and I am in it most evenings just chilling even on these cold nights. I also have a bad back and the Spa has done wonders with that I would recommend anybody to get one of these”

“Praise where praise is due. I am sharing this so you can be assured that not only are the products incredibly good value and quality but also importantly the customer service from Wave Spas is second to none. We ordered our spa last year and it arrived earlier than expected which was great. We also love our Spa and really enjoyed using it. It developed a fault last month and stopped working. I was really concerned that I would struggle to communicate with the company and get the issue resolved but it was totally the opposite. The customer service agents were AMAZING and within days our unit was mended and returned to its very happy owners. Thank you so much.”

“I was desperate for a replacement filter for a Hot Tub I had purchased elsewhere and who no longer sold the Tubs or the filters. I contacted Wave and Renee got back to me straight away to say that they had filters in stock that fitted my Tub. Fast, excellent service and items were with me within 2 days. Many thanks Renee for excellent Customer Service. Highly recommended”

“We had a few words over delivery and then when i received my spa i had a problem with the liner, but have to say the customer service was brilliant, they replaced the liner without question and compensated me with some filters. Since then all further cleaning accessory orders have been expedited efficiently. I love my hot tub and am using it in all seasons as use it for phsyio as well as enjoyment. Thanks Wave 🌊 😊”
