“I ordered my spa and was kept up to date as there was a delay it arrived earlier than expected, however I have not received the starter pack I ordered and contacted customer services now a week ago and have still heard nothing :(”

“Really chuffed with our spa. It does leak from the pipes a little bit but some plumber's tape sorts it out. They were out of stock of the starter kits with the chemicals but I did have a quick response from Darren who sorted a refund for those parts of the order quickly. It was worth the wait and have had no big issues yet.”
