“When l first ordered one after l had ordered it l realised l preferred a different one so phoned up spoke to a lovely lady and explained to me to cancel my order and re ordered the one that l wanted no problem delivery at the time was scheduled for 23 June l received it 23 April not opening the now as got for a present but so far pleased l will do a rewiew once it’s up and running”

“Hi I had my spa last autumn and love it! Just set it up again for summer and me and the family all use it Just received inflatable spa cover which is brilliant - keeps the water heat even when switched off Would definitely recommend wave spas”

“I am so impressed with wave spa’s. I have had my square spa for a year now and it is amazing. I needed some replacement bits and I ordered 3. Only one was delivered so I emailed them. Due to a glitch it had only picked up the one but they are sending me 2 more straight away foc. The Customer service is second to none and staff are efficient and polite. Thank you wave spa”

“I have had my Wave spa Atlantic plus for over a year and wouldn't want to be without it. The family love the hot tub, and it has been a consent during lock down. I have also purchased, filters, head rests and ground sheet from Wave and the quality are second to none. Wave customer services are also brilliant and can't do enough to help. I would thoroughly recommend Wave to anyone thinking of buying a hot tub.”

“My husband bought me the wave atlantic plus spa for mothersday and it wasn't due to arrive until July but we recieved it early on 23 April the spa is set up and works great we are really pleased with the service we recueved and the communication from wave I ordered spare filters and they were here in a couple of days I would recommend wave spas”
