“Unfortunately the water butt has not yet been delivered so my review on the quality of the butt can't be given. I expected its delivery today and arrangements were made to accept the water butt. I hope the water butt will be of good quality because I have recommended this company to friends. Now delivered in a cardboard box marked "Fragile". Very happy with the butt.”

“Ordered a adjustable water diverter to fit my old gauge plastic downpipes. Nothing available elsewhere so thankful to find online. Delivered quickly and securely. The diverters were of excellent quality. I was able to fit easily myself. The connection tubing was much better than other standard supply. Very pleased and looking forward to some rain!”

“Delivered on time. Great price. Great feedback and help from the customer service team. The web site is a bit odd - for example it told me the product was in stock but then told me I could not order it in the quantity requested (I only wanted one). Checkout was also odd. The confirmation email did not tell me what I had bought nor how much I had paid. And after opening an account the system told me I had no orders. Fortunately the customer service team assured me all was well and the item arrived on-time, in great condition and was exactly as described and requested.”
