“Ordered and delivered without any problems, very good products and well packaged.”

Helpful Report

“I recently received 2 new water Butts. I have 6 now. I have them spaced around the garden to help with flowers and vegetables. I have a water meter and the rainwater helps to keep the costs low. Last year my water company actually put the costs down. As usual the service for ordering and delivery was excellent. Thank you.”

“I found this company very helpful as they know their products and sourced the right size and design for my garden which has recently been transformed by a garden designer and landscaper. 5* Thank you.”

“Fantastic. Can't complain. All as expected. Delivered on time. Packaged well. As described. Brilliant. Thank you”

Helpful Report

“Very good quality water butt and fittings, only small complaint is the 3 part base which is difficult to keep assembled when setting up, I screwed the 3 parts together because the butt and base is very unstable without the water in it. Good company service”

Helpful Report

“I only needed a spare tap for my water butt and the girl on the phone was very helpful. Delivered quickly and does the job. Thank you.”

Helpful Report

“I recently purchased a large 300l water butt from Water Butts direct. They have a really good range available and when I needed to call to enquire about stock levels and likely delivery timescales the staff were super friendly and helpful. Sadly things didn’t quite go to plan with the courier and they failed to deliver the item as planned (no fault on my side). The courier company tried to charge me £45 for a re-delivery but a quick call to Water Butts Direct and they sorted out the problem within 24 hours. It’s a truly great company that can provide service like this when things don’t quite go to plan! Thanks & well done! Highly recommended!”

“Good quality easy and simple to use”

“The product is fine and matches existing. I was pleased it came in a box which suffered minimal damage. I did not receive a despatch advice from Water Butts hence the first I knew it was on it’s way was from the Carrier D.P.D. Delivery was within time limit taking into account Bank Holidays over New Year and Weekends.”

Helpful Report

“Made some enquiries and got helpful replies. Pleased with the butt!”

Helpful Report

“Delighted with this water butt, sturdy and looks very good. However, was a little concerned at first, as butt would only partially fill. This, I realised being due to the plastic cap in base of planter not being removed before soil and plants were put in.. don’t recall this being mentioned in the fitting instructions? I used some of the spare pipe supplied for connecting water butt to fall pipe and now vented, fills to full capacity. Other than that, well pleased with this product and fittings.”
