“Very good quality water butt and fittings, only small complaint is the 3 part base which is difficult to keep assembled when setting up, I screwed the 3 parts together because the butt and base is very unstable without the water in it. Good company service”

“I recently purchased a large 300l water butt from Water Butts direct. They have a really good range available and when I needed to call to enquire about stock levels and likely delivery timescales the staff were super friendly and helpful. Sadly things didn’t quite go to plan with the courier and they failed to deliver the item as planned (no fault on my side). The courier company tried to charge me £45 for a re-delivery but a quick call to Water Butts Direct and they sorted out the problem within 24 hours. It’s a truly great company that can provide service like this when things don’t quite go to plan! Thanks & well done! Highly recommended!”

“The product is fine and matches existing. I was pleased it came in a box which suffered minimal damage. I did not receive a despatch advice from Water Butts hence the first I knew it was on it’s way was from the Carrier D.P.D. Delivery was within time limit taking into account Bank Holidays over New Year and Weekends.”
