“The item arrived , excellent service, But unfortunately it was the locking collar that was broken, it was a separate item so I ordered it , a mishap occurred in getting it out to me but a very efficient young man,I think Adam, sorted the problem out very quickly and it is now in full operation Adam is an asset to the company, thank you. “After describing over the phone the stream and pond that we wanted to construct in our garden, water garden were very good at suggesting the right products for this purpose and my wife and l are very pleased with the overall outcome. I would definitely recommend using this company if you want professional quality products for your pond / stream”

“These guys really know what they are on about They know pond equipment very well with over 25 years of knowledge Their prices are one of the best around which is also great so you don't have to shop around Andy is great to talk to and has helped no end with advise The items they sell are quality items not cheap rubbish and i was more than impressed with the help and time they kindly gave to me for free and not just wanting a sale We did spend a fair amount of money with water garden and I did order too many pipes and adaptors Sent them back and they were refunded the same day. Not a credit note but money back in my account I can not thank this company enough for their advise and time All the items I purchased are of the highest quality Very please we found this company who managed to supply and deliver due to their in house stocks. Especially during the difficult covid 19 pandemic Cant thank them enough to be honest My one stop pond shop for any of my future needs This does sound a bit unfair to not give other shops a try but I phoned many Obviously some were closed and some could not supply which is understandable. Some wanted me to buy on line but I was not sure exactly what I needed and what was the best options Water Garden were open and helped. Luckily I got the MD on the phone who helped me out Genuine review and you wont need to price check products for hours. They were the cheapest anyway If they were a bit more expensive it would of been no issue as they had the stock and delivered on time Thank you very much for your service and help. Its second to none Regards Gaz”
