“Was able to speak to James, very helpful, assured me the product was in stock. I asked about next day delivery, which is promised if ordered before 1 p.m. I made my call well after that time. James said they were very busy, but would see what he could do. More than pleased to get an e-mail later that day, to say my order had been shipped. The product arrived next day, outer box protecting the inner filter box. Very satisfied 1st purchase, will certainly use this Company again. Special thanks to JAMES.”
