“I had a inpond filter sytem which always needed cleaning so decided to go for the Biosmart 7000 pond filter set. Had the sytem for two weeks and decided to clean the filters, which was easy to complete. I had to purchase a T-mex 50mm-40mm 09.0814 Flexible Adaptor from Amazon for the outflow because I wanted black 40mm pipe which works fine. The staff at Water Garden were very helpful and I would recommend.”

“The service that I received was excellent from this company and I would highly recommend it. Originally, I made a mistake and ordered the wrong part on-line. I sent an email at the weekend and the first thing on Monday morning I received a quick phone call from Jack (sorry I don't know his surname) who had sorted out the correct part and was able to inform me that they were expecting delivery within the next couple of weeks. Two weeks later Jack rang to let me know that the part had still not arrived but they were expecting a delivery shortly. I informed Jack that I would be on holiday so he promised to mark it for delivery after my return. I then had a phone call when I was back to say that the part was on its way. It was delivered on time and I installed it yesterday (and it all works!). I can not say enough how much I appreciated the level of knowledge and professionalism. I am a GP and would like to think that I always deliver this level of service to my patients - but unfortuantely I don't always the same level from on-line companies. Thanks Jack and colleagues - You are a credit to your company and I will always contact Water-Garden in Future should I need professional advice regarding my pond equipment. Many thanks Stephen”

I'm very glad to see you're satisfied with the OASE Aquarius Universal Eco 3000 Pump. You'll probably be aware that this carries a 5 year guarantee for added peace of mind but I'm sure it will far outlast this! Any problems, just contact us as your 1st point of call.

“I highly appreciated the customer service (Andy) which is to be highly commended, especially as online websites are often difficult to liase with! Although the 63 x 80 cm water feature seemed visually OK when receiving it, when filled with water a few days later I saw leaks through small cracks in 2 corners where it had obviously been badly handled in transit. Although too late to replace (already installed), Andy at Water Garden was really reactive and helpful, and quickly provided advice and compensation in the form of a voucher. I patched the crack and all is well! Thanks again.”

Dear Michael, Our sincere apologies for any damages incurred in the transit of your water feature reservoir. This review is the 1st instance we have been made aware of any damage to your order and we have tried to call you this afternoon to discuss and rectify but we were unable to connect. Please do contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist. We shrink wrap the plastic tub and this has not caused any issue previously but I have discussed this directly with our packing department and will look to improve the protection with immediate effect.
