“Have a 25 year old pond pump and was about to replace it unnecessarily until I spoke to a helpful man at Water Garden whose advice saved me money and saved the pump from a premature demise. I ordered the part he recommended online from Water Garden and it arrived within two days. Both pump and customer are very happy”

“Hopeless Service and a hopeless product. Called twice to ask for help and received no help whatsover. Waste of money. I purchased a heron scarer at a cost exceeding £ 200. It has a motion sensor and sends ut noises and lights to frighten the heron. It does not work because it comes on late at night and causes disturbance even when it is switched off, so I have to disconnect it at the mains at bed time. When the heron vitis before breakfast the next day, the scarer is not operating because I had to disconnect it from the mains the night before. Rubbish.”

I particularly appreciated the opportunity to phone and ask questions before I purchased this product; the man I spoke to was very patient. “I would rate water garden the five stars for service but not fir the make/brand. We have now had three ballasts and the filter is only five years old. Quality is poor. Wouldn’t buy this make again. Nothing but trouble from day one”

“We visited Water Garden on a recommendation from a local pond contractor who would recommend no other pond plant supplier. We were not disappointed! As novices we were relying on a lot of advice about the plants suitable for our particular pond. The small team were brilliant and their huge knowledge enabled us together to select a range of plants and everything else we needed to successfully install them in our pond which now looks fabulous. The team provided us with explicit instructions for how to plant each one selected. We shall never look anywhere else.”
