Ordered and never arrived eventually got a refund and apparently the paper was shipped to where I don’t know

I was very disappointed with this service. Delivery charge for one roll of wallpaper was £8, and delivery took over 15 days. I had to call, but no one answered the phone, there's just an automated bot telling you to email: I had to send two emails before I got any attention. Then I was told that the package had been returned to them - which frankly, I found hard to believe since I had waited in every day for the postman and there was no ''we tried to deliver' card through the letterbox, and no effort by wallpaper online to contact me. I won't use them again.

I haven't received my wallpaper yet. Money was taken and delivery was supposed to be on or before 21st March. It's now 29th March

Sent wrong wallpaper, tried to ring but phone number wouldn't work. Emailed them 3 times to return for the right one. In end had to buy the correct one

UPDATE: I had an email asking me to alter my review... I have now recieved a refund but I am still bummed because i don't have the wallpaper I wanted. Also, I was obviously being told lies regarding the wallpaper being dispatched because it still hasn't arrived. I couldn't tell you about the quality or design of the wallpaper which I ordered on 29/01/23 because I am still waiting for it today (20/02/23). My estimated delivery date was 07/02/22 but I hadn't recieved it by the 7th so I contacted them and was told it would be here mid week; it wasn't so I contacted them again and was told Friday; I'm still waiting on Monday. I now want a refund.

Ordered 20 days ago and it still hasn't arrived yet. Customer services have always responded to my enquiries within 1 working day, which is good. But I'd rather have my wallpaper. They have been unable to provide tracking details as it seems they are just a broker for another supplier. I did need to change my order as I ordered the wrong colour. It remains to be seen as to whether this was corrected for me. As they confirmed the change, they said my order would be with me in 3-5 days. That was 17 days ago.

False advertising - Many wallpapers advertised at low prices but when you click on them, the price is much higher. I ordered and then was told my wallpaper for sold out but it is still on the website. I asked for help from suctomer service to idetify William Morris wallpapers that were actually available at the prices advertised but was told just to look at the website.

Placed my order on 23rd November. Delivery was due on 2nd December however I did not receive it. After numerous back and forth emails another date was scheduled as evri had not collected the parcel. Second delivery date came along and still I received no parcel. Customer services is awful to get through to. Each time you email you have to wait 24 hours for a response. Last rescheduled delivery was Wednesday 14th December. I was told I would definitely receive it by that date as it was sent by express delivery. Today it is 19th December and I have still not received my wallpaper and it has been more than 24 hours since I sent my last email but I have had no response at all this time. Seems like a con company, tok my money but failed to provide the product. Would not recommend this company if you actually want your wallpaper after you have Paid. They won’t be sending it to you.

We have been in touch with Muriva who are sending this out, and it looks to be an Evri issue, however we have made sure that this gets re-sent on an expedited delivery for you, and this will be with you by the end of the week. We take pride in the fact that we respond to emails with 24 hours, I am sorry if we have let you down in any way there, I can assure you we have done everything we possibly can to chase this up for you. Very disappointed still not received wallpaper ordered on the 24 th November. I have now received an email saying it will arrive middle January. Had I known it was going to take 6 weeks I wouldn’t have purchased it . I paid over £200 for one roll . Cannot blame postal strikes as this was ordered well before. Still not received it so I cannot complete your questionnaire.
