Hi there Louise, I'm so sorry to hear there has been an issue with the delivery. I can see that we have replied to your emails but we are getting a "recipients mailbox is full" response when emailing you. We have refunded the order in full and also asked for replacements to be sent out. Katie

Hi there, Thank you for your review. I'm really sorry to hear there has been a delay with your order, this is coming directly from the manufacturer so we are not too sure why there has been a hold up, however we responded to you yesterday via email to say that we have refunded the order in full and requested a replacement free of charge from the supplier, this should be with you in the next couple of days. The most terrible service ,no one to speak to ,24 hrs between emails and still answers not satisfactory, would never use you again or recommend you to anyone has been the most unpleasant experience .

Ordered wallpaper on the 30th of March, and was advised it would arrive on or before the 8th of April. It's now the 14th of April still nothing. Have enquired when my order will arrive and was advised I would receive an update last week and I'm still waiting. Customer service is poor, and processing orders is also poor. I understand covid is affecting a lot of businesses however updating customers is surely routine if an order is delayed?

Massively let down by DPD . They still have my wallpaper after failing to deliver three times .Last attemp was place of work which is open 24/7 and they still text say sorry we missed you .Had to cancel decorator .Cant see me using again if they are using DPD as courier .Sorry cant review wallpaper as I haven't seen it

I haven't received my wallpaper which I ordered on 11th March and was meant to be delivered on or before the 22nd. Despite having sent an email inquiring where my order is I've yet to receive a reply.

I haven't received my order. Even haven't received any email confirmation. During placing my order I've made a screenshot with order no. I've send them a question about my order because I do not have any confirmation and cannot see whats happened with my order. They apologised me and wrote your wallpaper is coming to you this Tuesday or Wednesday. Today is Friday and I haven't received it ! I paid nearly £40 for it and waiting 2 weeks now. Have no idea whats happend because don't have opportunity to check order status!

We have been in touch with the courier who have said that they attempted delivery on 14th and 15th March but did not get an answer, calling cards were left. We have sent over tracking for you so that you can arrange a re-delivery. Katie
Spent over £300 on paper now my house is going to be half done as they delivered eight rolls of paper out of twenty which made me think they were missing the rest had no reply to my email and then the next day tried to deliver the rest which I was not informed about and now I have to wait days to collect from the shop that DPD is goinng to deliver to when I am disabled also the decorator has to leave without finishing as this has put him days behind and got other people booked in I just don’t know why they delivered in two lots without any updates on delivery and the box came ripped open absolutely terrible experience.

Hi there, Thanks for your review. I'm sorry that your delivery was split. Some suppliers will do this with larger orders, as they can't fit it into one box. I do hope you managed to get the paper okay, unfortunatly once they have dropped it to a shop, we are not in control of getting it sent elsewhere, I'm sorry. Do let us know if we can help further. Never use again. You can’t call them. Email takes 24hrs to reply. Wallpaper never got delivered:( BEWARE

Ordered 2 rolls of Harlequin wallpaper on the Monday. Was advised it would be with me Wednesday, "Thursday latest". It never arrived. No word from anybody as to when it would arrive so cancelled and ordered from another supplier. Shocking service!

On looking back on our correspondance with you over the last few days, I can see that the courier failed to deliver the paper to you as there was no answer at the property. This was re-attempted after confirming your address, so I'm not sure what has happened here, but we have refunded you in full whilst they attempt to make a 3rd delivery.
