Waited well over 2 weeks didn't receive the wallpaper! Had no response from customer service! Money down had to order similar from a different website!

I ordered 3rolls of wallpaper of which I have not received, I have emailed regarding this but have never received a reply. Very disappointed with this, as I was told that I reply would be made to me within 24 hours this was 5days ago, and I'm still waiting.

Wallpaper not received despite leaving messages on ansaphone, no response of any kind whatsoever. Very frustrating & disappointing.

The complexity and speed from order to delivery is not acceptable I love the finished product but not sure it was worth al the hassle to get there Second product was not up to spec and had to cancel that part of the order and given a month had passed by then it did not give me much time to source an alternative How can you advertise a mural with a sofa in the picture and then tell me my average bedroom wall is too big which pixelates the print?

As I have said over email, there is an issue with UPS with one of your deliveries which we are waiting for a response on, we are keeping a close eye on this but of course we have to wait for the courier to get this resolved, in the meantime I have offered a cancellation and refund. All other tracking for your other orders have been sent over to you and you have confirmed these have been received. Katie

Waited forever for it to arrive, said it had been dispatched had to contact them via paypal to see where it was, had email back saying my address had been missed off the parcel and it had been sent back, requested it is redispatched, gave name address and phone number, nearly 2 weeks later still no sign of it, I will never use this company again

Hi Christine, Thanks for the review. When we originally received your order, the address was incomplete so this has delayed the shipment of the parcel. I can see this has been re-dispatched and we have refunded 50% of your order as a way of apology. Katie
No communication whatsoever with the customer. I’ve sent two emails requesting a delivery update and had no response whatsoever! The delivery is late and I have no idea if it will arrive or not! This is my first order with this company and ut has left me frustrated and annoyed at the lack of customer care.

When I tried to return this wallpaper by writing to the company to get a return address, no one got back to me and now I am out of time to return it. So no thanks to you for helping resolve my problem. It would have been nice to have mentioned something positive on this page but all I can do is submit my negative response and no I wouldn't even attempt to purchase anything from your company again, which is a shame as we have a very large property to convert. I have found a reliable supplier. Jane Clayton.

Hi Sue, Further to this I have tried calling and emailing but your phone number is stating it is currently unavailable, and my emails to you are bouncing back. If you do see this, do get in touch and we will be happy to get your return sorted.
Said it would be delivered no later than 2nd September, it has not arrived and it is nighttime on 2nd.. Don’t say it if it is not going to happen.

I have rated this review a 1 star not because of the poor quality of the wallpaper but because I have no idea of the quality of the wallpaper as I still haven't received it. It was promised by Wed 24th August but did not arrive, I called the help desk on Fri 26th and was greeted with a message saying that, as so many of their employees were working from home they couldn't answer calls. Not much use publishing a helpline number then really! The message told me to email, which I did on Friday and I did receive a very nice reply from Katie on 30th (bank holiday weekend in between) Katie states that she chased the order and it will arrive today. If it does I will be able to comment on the quality of the actual wallpaper and I hope it is better than everything surrounding the order/delivery. Please please if you get an enquiry from a customer who hasn't received a product don't add insult to injury by asking them not once but twice to review it.

I had some issues with 5 week delay in my order. Once the problem was clarified, staff tried their best to sort it out. I eventually received my order and was given discount and complimentary paste as acknowledgement. I would order again from wallpaper online.

I'm sorry that we are not running a phone service at the minute, we are a small family business and are finding that the most efficient way of getting back to people quickly, is via email. I can see we have only just had an email from you today. I have been in touch with the supplier and I am awaiting a response. This is a custom paper so it can take a tiny bit longer. Ordered extra rolls but unfortunately it was a discontinued line - rather tricky when 1/2 way through a job. Though the discontinued design was still up on the site the company was quick to let me know and refund the money.
