I ordered a roll of wallpaper 3 months ago which I never received. I have a half decorated wall. Can I please have my order?

This one is coming directly from the suppler so we are unsure as to the reason for the hold up, but rest assured we are chasing this for you as we speak. As in my last review you have not fulfilled my order. Now courier is saying they have returned the product to you. I need it tomorrow or a full refund please.

Very poor as I have sent two emails advising them I am NOT Beth Rochford. I am an Australian and I live in Australia and have never heard of this company let alone buying wallpaper online. I’ve asked them to remove my email address from their database but this hasn’t happened as I received notice that my order had been delivered after I advised them it was not meant for me. Was given a delivery date of on or before 24th December. It is now 9 days after that delivery date and I have no wallpaper and no explanation from Wallpaper

Very poor service. Advised delivery of paper 17th December, when I contacted a week later to ask why I hadn’t received my order I was informed they couldn’t get it from supply until 22nd Feb! When I asked why no one had informed me they placed blame on the supplier

Iordered a blush wallpaper and was sent stardust which has had to be returned .Istill haven't recieved the wallpaper Iordered but it has been paid for . THANKYOU .

As we discussed this is a custom made product so the delivery date is a little later than most of our papers, we hope you enjoy the paper when it arrives in a couple of days! Katie
Only revived half my order and emailed twice to inquire about the rest of the order and ha no response to either email. I thought I would wait until passed the delivery date to see if the rest of the rolls would arrive but haven’t received anything which was the most expensive part of the order.
