I was really looking forward to using this. As a complete novice to wall papering I took this as an option as it was less messy. The pattern is great and the wallpaper is very thick. I watched the video and set to it. Unfortunately, the paper just doesn’t stick. Everyday I go into my room and there’s always an air bubble somewhere or the corner has fallen down. I’ve resulted in gluing the corner now which isn’t what it’s advertised to do.

The wallpaper, was faulty, with lots of colour runs and had to be returned. However, the customer service was very good and the refund was processed quickly and with no hassle. I recognise that Wallpaper UK are only the supplier and not the manufacturer, so in their defence, the original order was processed efficiently and as stated earlier, their response and the way they dealt with the issue was exemplary.

Ordered 2 rolls as said you had 507 in stock. Katie emailed back to say that you actually dont have any !!! Why would you show that you had these in stock when in fact you dont Katie really tried to help, very professional but still couldn't find any I suggest you update your website instead of giving false information

Ordered 1 roll paper 12 days ago was supposed to be delivered sat 18 at latest...messaged last mon/ Tuesday got a reply saying it would be here. Latest last Saturday 25 th June ....Still not arrived!! Paid over £8 for delivery? Poor service! Jean Hernandez.

Sorry guys. Placed an order and received an email saying 'We aim to have your order delivered on or before Friday 13th May 2022" at 3 pm on the 13th I am the one contacted Wallpaper to ask 'where is my order?'. It arrived on the 25th of May. Appreciate Cole and Son caused the out-of-stock issue, but someone really should have called me on either afternoon of the 12th or the morning of the 13th to simply say 'your order is delayed, sorry'.

The quality of the paper is good. I felt misled as I have signed up and did not get my 15% off. This was really disappointing and misleading which is why my score is low. I am going to order further wall paper but it will depend of I get the discount promised whether I source it from yourselves.

I can see your order was already discounted by 20%, but please do let us know if you need anything else and we will be happy to still honour a 15% discount on a non-sale item. Katie
Offer of refund for samples if paper ordered came AFTER the paper had already been ordered, delivered and put up! This was pointed out but no refund received only a message saying I couldn't have a discount. No reply to further email. Pointless offer received twice since then.

Ordered and paid on 6 April received today 25 April. They don't pick up the phone although respond bto email eventually. Wouldn't recommend or use again

My eyes are very poor the wallpaper you sent me was the same but had no yellow flowers when I asked could I just exchange them they said no so I asked could I send this back and get a refund I’m still waiting for return label that wasn’t in the box

The delivery was damaged in transit so I was told by the courier it was being returned. It took 3 days to get any update as to what would happen then on the day of delivery I was told it was back out. The box arrived open & damaged which I have emailed the pics in (contents undamaged) but I've had zero reply. Quite a frap customer service really

It looks as though they had an IT glitch last week and some orders have subsequently been delayed, I am so sorry. We are not very happy with the service, difficult to identify the wallpaper from the list on the site and the samples. In one case they represented by colours, in another - by numbers. We asked a question and didn’t get answer, so had to make our own “research”, you finally can identify it but it’s not obvious. And then we ordered wallpaper about 2 weeks ago and still waiting. And time is crucial for us, all plans have to be put off. So not very much impressed, unfortunately.

Sadly the samples were too small to be of much use. So much so that they didn't even include the full pattern. Overall they we're a waste of money.

Hi Antony Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately due to the high price points of some of our wallpapers, set by our suppliers, we have to limit some sample sizes to A4.
