Ordered 20 days ago and it still hasn't arrived yet. Customer services have always responded to my enquiries within 1 working day, which is good. But I'd rather have my wallpaper. They have been unable to provide tracking details as it seems they are just a broker for another supplier.
I did need to change my order as I ordered the wrong colour. It remains to be seen as to whether this was corrected for me. As they confirmed the change, they said my order would be with me in 3-5 days. That was 17 days ago.
