We are unsure what your comment means? We have checked and do not have any correspondence to say something was not as expected, a problem, or anything other? We have tried mailing you on a few occasions also, and have had no response back from you? We are unable to do anything unless you contact us direct, to advise us of a problem. “Fantastic ! My online order was acknowledge almost immediately by email. The following morning I got a text saying delivery would be the next day but if it wasn't convenient I could change it by following the attached link. I arranged a new delivery date and on the day got both a text and email giving me a 1 hour delivery slot between 7.58 and 8.58 - how precise is that?? My parcel arrived at 8.25, well packaged and in perfect condition. I have often waited in all day for some companies to deliver so I was absolutely delighted with this service. I would highly recommend Wallfillers.”

“Canvas print arrived 2 days earlier than expected, and although pleased with the quality of the print I was disappointed that it does not come with any fixings on the back so meant I had to go and buy some before I could put it on my wall.”

Hello Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, we are delighted you are happy with the canvas sets. Re the hanging fixings & the hanging of your canvas set. The easiest and best ways to hang these types of frames are to put screws/nails into the wall, using your template. Then rest the top bar of your canvas frame or rebate onto the screws/nails and the canvas will hang flush to the wall. Thank you & Kind Regards ?Wallfillers Team

“The artwork was well packaged and turned up earlier that expected, which was a bonus. The picture was exactly as advertised on the website and just what we wanted. It also came with foolproof hanging instructions to ensure it lines up properly. We would certainly use Wallfillers again!”
