“Initilally phoned to discuss the colouring in my choice. Very helpful man phoned back having looked it out and was able to describe it better. Suggested a discount code that I hadn't noticed for on-line ordering. My choice was on its way that afternoon, cheaper than I had anticipated. In fact arrived next day - and very pleased with it; and the service given”
